The name Mika Singh is not new anyone in entire South Asia. He is known for his upbeat songs, making the audiences groove with every beat. The singer has got few of the most famous songs in the entire Indian music fraternity. His latest sensations include Aj Ki Party from Bhajrangi Bhaijaan, Subah Hone Na De from Desi Boyz and Milegi Milegi from Stree amongst others.

But the singer is not popularly known for his songs only, he has been making headlines for taking law in his hands for a while. Recently, the performer has been accused of allegedly harassing a seventeen-year-old Brazilian girl in Dubai. According to reports, the singer has sent obscene photographs to the girl, followed by detention for a small period after her complaint to the Dubai authorities. Albeit being released from the detention, the musician still has to appear before the court.

As we have already mentioned, this is not the first time he has been accused. The performer has been alleged on as many as five instances.

A model, Priyanka Kumar had accused Mika of molesting her and lodged a complaint against him in 2016. However, the singer had filed a complaint against her for blackmailing him for extortion.

Mika was arrested in 2015 also for slapping a doctor, who happened to be an attendee of his concert in Delhi. According to a few reports, the doctor who had become the victim of his slap was an ophthalmologist at Ambedkar hospital namely, Dr. Shrikant. He had suffered a few injuries inside and around his left ear.

The musician was convicted for carrying local and foreign currency transcending the permissible amount in 2013 at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai. The singer was carrying Rs. 3 Lakh and $12,000, whilst the permissible limit is $5000.

Hit and run cases have been Mika’s thing also. He made headlines when his SUV banged into an auto in 2011. The singer, however, claimed that all the reports were false, meanwhile, other reports suggest that he had paid the victim as compensation.

The Bollywood’s queen of controversies, Rakhi Sawant had also accused Mika of kissing her forcefully during his birthday party in 2006. Later, the musician collaborated with the Meet Brothers in a music video hinting towards the incident.
