The chaos between a landlord and a tenant is one of the common problems in Pakistan which is shown in ‘Total Siyapaa’. ‘Total Siyapaa’ is a story about the relationship between a landlord and his tenants, and the quarrels between them that create comical situations for the viewers.

Basharat Ali is the landlord of the property that he owns but his tenant Nelofar and her daughter Sameena are very sharp and they don’t pay the rent of the house that they live in. Above all Nelofar’s daughter Sameena and Basharat’s son Mehboob are in a relationship of love that the parents are not aware of.

They are trying their best that the parents don’t fight but Nelofar gets annoyed when Qarabat Hussain with his old-aged sick mother who lives in upper portion of the house and they continuously make noise. Nelofar comes up with different excuses for not paying rent and Qarabat’s noise is one of them.  The father and son make a plan to be sweet to Nelofar and this might make her pay the rent.
