Momina Mustehsan adds another accolade to her name!

The pretty lady Momina Mustehsan is on a roll since her song Afreen was released, previously being featured in the BBC 100 women list for her work and encouragement for the women's cricket , Momina has recently received the honor in the Civil Service and Activism category for her acheivements over the years. Stony Brook Alumni Association features 40 individuals under forty years of age and awards students who have made an impact after graduating from the institute. Momina studied at the stony Brook University, New York and graduated with a double degree in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics and was awarded with this honor. Supremely humbled to be honored 40 Under Forty by @stonybrooku in the category of Civil Service and Activism. "Allahyar and the legends of Markhor's" trailer leaves us wanting more!

Directed, produced and written by Uzair Zaheer Khan, Allahyar and the legends of Markhor just released its trailer and we are glued to it for all the right reasons. Allahyar and the legends of Markhor is one of the most awaited animated films of the year . The Parchi fame Azfar Jafri is all set for this one after garnering praises for his earlier flick Parchi. The visuals of the film are set in a background seems like northern Pakistan with all the beautiful visuals and greenery all around, the teaser also features a very soothing track which is quite appealing to the ears. The popular one's from the entertainment fraternity have lent their voices to the film , it features Ali Noor, Arieb Azhar, Ali Rehman Khan, Hareem Farooq, Arshad Mehmood among many others. The characters of the films and plot seems to be quite gripping for the audiences and critical alike and we are looking forward to the film to release on 2nd February for the masses. Love is in the air for Junaid and Aira in Khudgarz!

In episode 5 and 6 of Khudgharz, we see Junaid taking a step forward towards Aira her wife confessing his love to her and in return gets a pleasant confession from Aira's side as well. The 7 year old Zainab from Kasur went missing on Jan 4th. She was allegedly raped, strangled to death and the body was thrown in garbage bin after 5 days of her kidnapping. The incidents of rape, kidnapping and child abuse have made us question the authorities of their responsibility for the people. The residents of Kasur protested on roads for the incident that took place forcing all markets to shut down. Immediately following the incident and protest rally that turned violent in Kasur, many celebrities took to social media to speak out against this tragedy. Zainab i am so sorry. Heer finally meets Jamal in Qurban!

This episode finally ended Jamal's search for Heer with the help of Maryam his nurse who was helping him find Heer. It was quite difficult to take Heer out of her in laws house to meet Jamal but Maryam managed to do so. The episode starts with Maryam entering into a church and asking from God the happiness of Jamal. Maryam as we know used to love Joseph and Jamal resembles him hence Maryam has a soft corner for him. Parchi manages to garner 3 crores in 3 days!

Azfar Jafer's latest flick Parchi was released in cinemas on 5th of January but it had took the attention of audiences way earlier. Its song “Billo Hai’ choreographed by Usman Khalid Butt had took the nation by storm being played in every wedding of the country. The film on its first day gathered 90 Lacs, 1.1 crore on the second day and a whopping total of 3 crores in 3 days of its release. Starring Hareem Farooq, Ali Rehman Khan, Usman Mukhtar and Ahmed Ali Akbar in the lead roles Parchi is a blend of action and comedy with a lot of drama involved.
